Recently I have purchased a book called “The little book of positivity” by Lucy Lane and will be posting quotes from there and also reflections if I have any. I do enjoy reading books like this as it gives you the opportunity for self-reflection whilst having a positive impact on your day with uplifting quotes or thought provoking texts.
