Monday 1st July- What is your opinion on counselling?

This weeks thought comes from something I saw on social media!

My thoughts:

I do like to hear people’s opinions on counselling as everyone has a different opinion, some think it’s pointless and “why would you want to?” And others think of it as a necessity, almost like a body MOT. What are your thoughts?
