This weeks post comes from a post I saw on social media.
I know there’s a lot of stigma around going to see a therapist but sometimes we need a little helping hand and it’s nothing to be ashamed of.
If we’re ill or have a problem we see a doctor
If we have problems with our teeth we see a dentist
If there’s a problem with our eyes we see an optician
So why are people reluctant to see a therapist when their mental health is an issue?
