Tuesday 26th March 2019- All about the males

A day late but this weeks quote or thought is something I found on social media via the good quote..

“It’s sad that to show emotions as a male is to be labelled ‘weak.’ There’s nothing stronger than the courage to be open and honest with our feelings.”

My thoughts:

I love this, anyone who knows me will know the admiration I have for people who seek help (whether it’s from friends/family or professional help) but it is incredible to see the amount of males who seek therapy. I don’t personally like the terminology ‘strong’ and ‘weak’ but it’s always interesting to hear what those words mean to others.
