What would inside your bubble say?

The Counselling Directory shared this image, I'm not sure who the creator was but I really liked it and felt it needed to be shared.


It got me thinking.. What would I put in my internal bubble? And what would others put in theirs? Is there anything you would add or change?


Always give yourself time to reflect, whether this is on your day or how you're currently feeling. Self-reflection is important as it gives us time to process our experiences in order to acknowledge, understand and (hopefully) move on from.
