I tend to speak about this when the nights get darker and when it’s noticeably colder.. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) which is a type of depression that is more prominent as winter approaches.
It can be a a difficult thing to experience so it is important to remember who is in your support network and ALWAYS visit a GP if you are worried or concerned about your mental or physical health.
Remember: every bad day you have experienced so far you have got through so you can get through another. If you need a helping hand or someone to talk to then I am always here! Do not suffer in silence.
